Shipping

All of our orders are shipped using USPS priority shipping. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped via the email you entered at checkout. We have a flat shipping rate for all orders. All orders of $75+ receive free shipping.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to hand-pack and prepare your order for shipment. Since we are working with live plants we take extra care to ensure your new leafy friend is packaged just right!

Return & Cancellation Policy

We do not offer returns on orders. We will provide a refund if your plant arrives damaged due to shipping. If you receive your plant in a less-than-satisfactory condition please email us immediately with a picture of the damage so we can issue a refund or send you a replacement.

We do accept cancellations only if we have not started processing your order. Once your order has been prepared for shipment you will not be able to cancel. Please email jordan@dixielandplants.com if you have any questions about a return or cancellation.
